Account signup in app

Users can now create an account in the mobile app. Follow the steps from the sign up button on the opening screen of the app to create your account.

When signing up you can select your sports and input thresholds to ensure accurate training targets and load data when uploading your activities.

Users can then perform other actions such as linking in with their coach or adding in a training plan, all from the app.

New athlete sign-up linking for coaches

To improve the on-boarding process for athletes linking in with a coach, we now have direct linking between the email sign up link and the mobile app. This allows coaches to send an access request to any email address, which will send an email with a link to sign up for an account. If opened on a mobile device, that will now take the user directly to the Today’s Plan app with your coaching company branding to sign up (or to the app store to download the Today’s Plan app). Once they sign up for an account with that email address they will automatically be linked with you as their coach.

Analysis graph zoom improvement

The zoom function in the analysis graphs has now been linked so any selection you make in one graph updates to the same selection on the other graphs. This is part of our work to continue improving our analysis functionality in the app.
